My Top 3 Releases of 2020

Ah, 2020 has finally come to an end. This year wasn’t all bad. In fact, I had a lot of highs this year. I’ve written ELEVEN books (published TEN of them), two of them were collaborations, and I published my first audiobook (WOW!)

Below are my top three releases and a few reasons why.

My One Christmas Wish

It’s no secret that the holiday season is my favorite time of year. Although my holidays were spent much differently than I was used to, I lived through Winter and Gabriel’s story. Aside from MOCW being friends to lovers romance, there was a lot of emphasis on Christmas and New Years’. The characters spent a lot of time with their families doing their yearly traditions. I LOVED writing and reading this story. It’s filled with holiday cheer and swoon-worthy romance.

This was such a cute friends to lovers book that left me wanting more from these characters because they were just so charming together. Winter and Gabriel story is definitely the kind of feel good holiday book everyone needs to read for this holiday season. - AMAZON REVIEW

I truly enjoyed this friends to lovers book especially centered around the holidays. Sometimes your real, one true love is right in your face. - AMAZON REVIEW

Love On Repeat

This story was low-angst and so so sweet. Yael and Royal’s story was the reminder that not all relationships have to have a “dark moment.” They had their apprehensions, of course, but the chemistry between them was too powerful for anything to come between them. If I weren’t already in love, their story would make me want to fall in love (lol). I also adore the music element added to the story. All the music and artists mentioned are some of my favorites. Oh, and their playlist was my favorite this year.

Apple Music

Spotify

This is an absolutely delightful story of unexpected love. - AMAZON REVIEW

This story hooked me from the beginning. Royal was consistent with his love for music and his love for Yael. Their immense love for music may have connected them, but their bond strengthened the more they got to know each other. They truly helped each other grow. I enjoyed this beautiful story. And I was put onto some new music in the midst of reading it. - AMAZON REVIEW

Warmth

I’d be remiss if I didn’t talk about Warmth. Tessa and Raj were HOT! Their workplace romance wasn’t conventional at all. They worked at two different offices but attended the same meetings, which was how they connected. Tessa will always be one of my favorite heroines. She was headstrong and a boss-chick, but she had a softer side that we slowly saw unfold throughout their story. Raj was the man. He knew what he wanted and wasn’t afraid to put his heart out there. Another reason Warmth is special to me is that it was my first book to become an audiobook!

Tessa was all work and no play until Raj came along. - AMAZON REVIEW

Hot and sexy love story. Raj and Tessa brought the heat from the first page to the last. - AMAZON REVIEW

I really enjoyed this story about Tessa and Raj. Her apprehension..His patience. Her walls..His understanding. The warmth they gave each other. - AMAZON REVIEW

Honorable Mention:

Share My World

SMW is a sweet second chance romance that happens during summer vacation. It was also mentioned on Oprah Magazine’s blog as a summer romance that’ll whisk you away.

I loved Xander’s persistence towards Kalei. Even though he was hurt he was still willing to take the chance. I’m so glad Kalei finally stopped running from it. I’m a sucker for a good love story, and this was a real nice one to read with a happy ending. - AMAZON REVIEW

I enjoyed this. It was an easy, quick read but the characters were well developed and loveable. I was rooting for them from the get go. - AMAZON REVIEW
